Here’s How It Works
1. Site Visit and Full Scope
We walk the entire property — every room, all exterior elevations, and any outbuildings. You receive a written quote with a room-by-room breakdown and an exterior schedule.
2. Preparation
Surfaces are cleaned, repaired, and primed. Original features are masked. Lime plaster receives breathable primers. Timber is stripped to sound material before any finish goes on.
3. Phased Room Sequencing
We complete rooms in a sequence that keeps the property liveable. Exterior preparation typically runs concurrent with upper-floor interior work.
4. Paint Application
Two finish coats on all interior surfaces. Exterior receives two coats as standard. High-exposure hillside elevations receive three. Woodwork is sanded between coats.
5. Final Inspection
Every room and every exterior surface is inspected in good light before closing the job. Touch-ups are done. We walk through with you before leaving.
